Does any one have a CPA they can recommend for our small non-profit HOA in the Seattle area that can do our taxes and perform an audit of the books? The audit was supposed to have been done yearly per the bylaws, but it hasn't been done in the 26 years since inception. Taxes have never been filed. Thanks!
