Actually have someone worth connecting with for exactly this. Brandon McIntyre is our in-house agent here at James Hawkins Property Management and he knows the Montgomery market well, specifically on the investor side. He's not a typical list-and-sell agent, he works with investors day to day so he understands the buy box, the neighborhood dynamics, and what actually pencils on a fix and flip versus a fix and rent.

The block by block knowledge in Montgomery is everything. There are streets that look similar on paper that perform completely differently and having someone who can tell you which side of that line you're on before you're under contract is worth a lot.
