I'm a developer who's been lurking in the BP forums for a while. One thing kept coming up in every thread about self-managing: tenants text you about a broken pipe at 10 pm, you triage it in your head, call around for a contractor, and none of it gets documented anywhere.

- You review and approve with one tap. Nothing sends without your say-so.

- A work order is generated automatically.

It's not a full PM suite. No rent collection, no lease management, no accounting. Just the maintenance coordination piece, done well, for landlords who don't want to pay $200/month for an enterprise platform just to get that.
