There are tons of properties in Sun City just depends on your budget and rental preference. If you need some advice reach out and send me an email. I am over in Clearwater/Seminole and have a ton of connections if needed. I can also offer some neighborhoods to buy in that offer higher rents and know a few people selling both single family and 2-4 units.
Largo has been on fire lately with good deals as well as Tarpon Springs with recent renovations from storms.
