Short-Term $9K Bridge Needed – Burien Waterfront Project (Permit Stage)

Faisal Albisher
Posted

I have a waterfront single-family development project in Burien, WA.

  • Land owned
  • Architectural plans completed
  • Pre-application feedback received from city
  • Estimated ARV ~$3.8M
  • Construction loan already lined up (~$2.4M)

I’m currently finalizing pre-permit work and need ~$9K to complete geotech and access engineering for submission.

This is a short-term timing gap before moving into the next financing stage.

Short-term bridge (60–120 days).

Offering:

  • Fixed return ($12K–$14K)
  • Promissory note
  • Clear repayment upon permit + financing

Looking for a quick partner for this phase only.
