Seeking a Mentor (Huntsville, AL)

Hi everybody!

I'm seeing a real estate investing mentor in the Huntsville, AL area. I'm a firefighter in Huntsville and work 24 hours on/48 hours off so I have some free time to meet with someone and learn. I'm a hands on learner, so I'd love to shadow someone who's actively working through deals to learn how to effectively analyze different deals. I'd also potentially like to partner with someone to close my first deal and start building a portfolio for myself. Please message me if you're willing to teach me!
