We’re starting to see some shifts in how fix and flip deals are being structured, especially for investors with recent project experience.
In certain scenarios, higher leverage is becoming possible again, depending on the deal and overall track record.
A few things that stand out:
• Up to 100% of project costs may be covered for qualified investors*
• 720+ FICO for highest leverage tiers
• Loan sizes up to $800K ($1M in select markets)
• Experience based on completed rehabs within the last 3 years
This won’t apply to every deal, but for the right scenario, it can change how much capital is needed upfront.
If you’re working on a flip and want to understand what it could look like, feel free to share your scenario.
If it fits, we can outline terms and provide a term sheet and proof of funds.
