I built a tool called Kaizen that automatically monitors active wholesaler and investor Facebook groups, scores every post by seller motivation and deal economics, and surfaces the strongest leads first.
Instead of scrolling through hundreds of posts a day across dozens of groups, you basically get a ranked feed of FSBO posts, motivated seller signals, wholesale blasts, and assignment opportunities with asking price, ARV, spread, and contact info where available.
Currently monitoring ~30 groups, generating leads hourly.
