Free deal digest — scored listings with comparable sales data
I built a deal intelligence platform, and I'm offering free access to investors who want to beta test it.
Here's what it does: every morning, you get an email with the top-scoring deals in your market.
Each deal includes:
- Deal score (1-10) based on pricing, motivation, comps, and neighborhood data
- Comparable sales — recently sold properties nearby with prices
- Owner intelligence — how long they've held, whether they're absentee
- Neighborhood fundamentals — median income, owner
-occupancy rate, market conditions
- Current mortgage rate context (updated from Federal Reserve data)
- Strategy recommendation — or an honest "pass" when the numbers don't work
What it doesn't do: hype bad deals or pretend assessed value is market value. If the margins are thin, the analysis says so.
