Built an AI tool for investors -sharing it here for feedback
Hey BP community,
I'm a Utah-based builder and I've been working on something I think
a lot of investors here will find useful — especially those managing
multiple doors or actively analyzing deals.
It's called Revalo. Here's what it does:
- Analyzes any rental deal in under 60 seconds
- Recommends optimal rent pricing based on real market data
- Tracks your full portfolio performance in one dashboard
- Works for both long-term rentals and Airbnb/short-term rentals
I built it specifically with Utah markets in mind — SLC, Provo,
St. George, Park City — but it works anywhere.
