Sometimes they're right.

But sometimes the deal was actually fundable — they just didn't know what was available.

Fix & flip financing has come a long way. Some programs today cover:

  • Up to 100% of purchase price and 100% of rehab costs*
  • No appraisal*
  • No income verification*
  • Loans from $100K to $5M

Does every deal qualify? No. Does every borrower qualify? No.

But if your numbers are solid and your credit score is in good shape, there may be more options than you think.

What deal have you walked away from because you thought the financing wouldn't work?

Send us your scenario
and we'll take a look.

*All terms, rates, leverage, appraisal waivers, and structural options are subject to credit review, property eligibility, and final underwriting approval. Investment properties only. Some programs are available in selected states only.
