Daily Deal Finder — Every morning at 7AM I get an email with the top investment deals in my target zip codes, each scored 1-10 by AI based on price vs. value, days on market, and cash flow potential.

Offer Letter Generator — Type in an address and offer price, get back a professional offer letter in under 3 minutes.

Tenant Application Scorer — Paste in applicant details, AI returns a 0-100 score with APPROVE/REVIEW/DECLINE recommendation.

MLS Listing Writer — Input property specs, get 3 listing descriptions (luxury, investment, and starter home tones) ready to paste.

Weekly Market Report — Every Monday morning I get an AI-written analysis of my target markets.

The key thing: it all runs on my own machine with Ollama. Zero per-use API fees. Set it up once and it runs forever.
