To maximize quality, the script cross-references everything with the Denver County Parcel Database to completely wipe out government-owned properties and isolate the exact legal owner names and mailing addresses. I have a master 3-year backlog spreadsheet with 586 clean, private-owner Denver leads, including 15-20 HIGH PRIORITY vacant/structural damage properties. Looking to do one of two things:
