Looking for a Leasing Agent in New Braunfels, TX

Hey BP folks!

Hoping to get some recommendations for a leasing agent in the New Braunfels / San Antonio area.

I'm a landlord based out of state and honestly don't know the local market well enough, would love to connect with someone who really knows what SFRs are renting for right now and how quickly they're moving.

Ideally looking for someone who:

  • Has hands-on experience leasing SFRs in the area
  • Can give me an honest take on realistic pricing and days on market
  • Lists on both MLS and Zillow

Open to discussing commission. Feel free to DM me or drop a comment, really appreciate any leads!

Thanks in advance 馃檹

If you don't know how to do the research to set rents and do showings, how are you suddenly going to know how to manage any tenant that is placed?

Why not just pay the monthly 10% to hire a PMC?

How many potential mistakes do you think you could make that would EXCEED the annual 10% to the PMC?

i've done some research but i also respect local professional to help validate the information for me. i previously managed the property myself and i'm ok with that. but currently the current lease ends in 2 months and i need a leasing manager to help find a new tenant.

Contact Amanda at D Lee Edwards Realty in New Braunfels. She is the best!  I don鈥檛 think they will do just the leasing part anymore though. I think you have to use their PM company.
