Hi my name is Paul and I'm on here needing advice recently I completed a course on private funding so I'm interested in a mentor in getting a better idea of what a Private lender do in the real estate industry and also bring deals to them especially in the rental industry ( DSCR ) in and around the Savannah surrounding areas so I hope to hear from someone who interested and willing to help, I'm very new to real estate Private Funding Broker investing.
