Hi everyone,

My name is Ivan Q and I'm excited to be part of the BiggerPockets community.

I'm building my network as a Bird Dog and Lead Finder, focusing on connecting wholesalers, investors, and cash buyers with opportunities that fit their criteria.

My current focus markets include:
• Dallas / DFW
• Houston
• San Antonio
• Austin
• Philadelphia
• Baltimore

I'm looking to connect with active wholesalers, end buyers, flippers, landlords, and investors who are interested in building long-term relationships and doing more deals.

Feel free to reach out if you'd like to connect, share your buy box, or expand your network.

Looking forward to learning from the community and building great relationships.
