Get rid of your spreadsheet for your rentals.

I have created a real estate software for BUY AND HOLD investors. To help track their portfolio!

I am doing this on my own and have a current portfolio of 27 units. I was finding my spreadsheet was becoming a mess and I was unable to upload documents to the sheet.

This has everything built in and helps track metrics and also uploads. Can generate pdf statements as well for year end and accounting purposes.

I’m looking for fellow investors to help me test it completely for free. I just don’t know anyone in the space and have no investor buddies.

The link is www.equityrise.app

I’m hoping this can help some of you. My only request is if you could please leave me some feedback for development.
