Selling Defaulted Notes In Florida, New Jersey And New Mexico
Looking to sell off a couple defaulted notes. Trenton, NJ, Lake City, FL, Clovis, NM, and a couple others. All still have significant equity in them form what I can tell and speaking with agents. I'll sell one or all. Lake City, FL is a seller held while the other two were purchased as defaulted notes quite some time ago. These are probably best for more experience investors and not someone just getting into the business.
