Charlotte landlords — local property checks, turnover help &https:/ minor maintenance

I'm a Charlotte-based rental property owner with a small multifamily portfolio that I partially self-manage. Because my rentals are out of state, I've learned firsthand how valuable it is to have someone reliable who can actually get to a property when something comes up.

I'm looking to take on a small number of Charlotte-area landlords who could use that kind of local, boots-on-the-ground help.

A few of the things I can help with:

  • Property and vacancy checks with photos/video
  • Maintenance troubleshooting and minor repairs
  • Filter, smoke/CO detector, and basic preventative maintenance
  • Turnover walkthroughs and punch lists
  • Vacancy/turnover condition documentation
  • Meeting contractors and providing property access
  • Checking and documenting completed contractor work
  • Other small property issues where you really just need a reliable person to go take a look

I'm not looking to provide full-service property management or leasing. I'm primarily interested in helping small or self-managing landlords who don't need a PM but occasionally need someone dependable on the ground.

As a remote landlord myself, this is essentially the kind of resource I wish I had near my own properties.

I'm intentionally keeping this small to start, so if you own rentals around Charlotte and this would be useful, send me a message through BiggerPockets and tell me a little about what you need.
