Hey everyone, I’m looking to connect with a real estate agent in the Brookport, Illinois area who is investor-friendly and willing to work with a novation.
I’m currently working on a property in Brookport that I’m looking to sell through a novation structure, and I’ve been having a difficult time finding an agent who is willing to take this on.
I’m looking for someone who is familiar with the Brookport/Massac County market and is comfortable working with investors and properties that may need some work. You don’t necessarily need to have extensive novation experience — I’m happy to work with the agent, title company, and other parties involved to make sure everyone understands the structure and process.
The goal is to get the property listed properly on the MLS and marketed to retail buyers while having an agent who is comfortable working with us throughout the transaction.
If you’re an agent in the area, or know an agent who may be a good fit, please comment below or send me a DM. I’d really appreciate any referrals or connections.
