Has anyone used stolen photos from your listing to run a scam, or reposted your listing at a lower price to collect fake deposits from renters?

I'm building a free tool (Verifi) that checks listing photos and links for AI-generated fakes, duplicate/stolen images circulating elsewhere, and location mismatches, trying to catch this before a renter pays a deposit on a copy of your listing.

I'd really appreciate hearing about a real case if it's happened to you, what tipped you off, how you found out, what you did about it. Not selling anything here, just want to build something that actually matches how this plays out. Comment below or DM me. Thanks!
