My name is Michael Cohen. I have been in real estate for 20+ years and own a property management company with 800+ doors. My partner and I have been mentoring for several years now. Our mentees have started with no real estate knowledge and within 2 years, have bought properties and even a property management company.

My partner and I are hoping to one day turn this into a business or non-profit as we are very passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate.

In the meantime - while we are still working on the program, we are offering this service completely free. We will create a flexible mentoring plan that works for you and can meet on your cadence. We are based in Knoxville, TN but meet remotely with mentees both individually and in group sessions.
