What to Check Before You Tour Properties This Weekend

Weekend showings mean Monday offers. A few things worth confirming before you walk into a property, so you're not scrambling to figure them out after you've already fallen for the deal.

Know your max purchase price before you walk in, not after. Pull comparable rents for the area, not just the listing agent's projected number. Have your proof of funds ready to go if you find something worth moving on fast. And know which program actually fits the deal, fix and flip, DSCR, or ground up, before you're standing in the driveway trying to figure it out.

The investors who move fastest on Monday aren't the ones who saw the best properties. They're the ones who walked in already knowing their numbers.

Good luck out there this weekend.
