Why would your agent really push for a low offer?

Think your property manager is fighting for your highest price?

He got a really bad offer, much lower than expected and his manager told him to take it because he probably wouldn’t get more.

But what if your manager’s only client was also your buyer?

That’s when “advice” can start looking like a conflict of interest.

You shouldn’t have to sell before you know your best option.

If your manager’s only client was your buyer, would you still trust that advice?
