A Signed WHOLESALER Contract Doesn't Mean You're Stuck

Think a signed wholesaler contract means you’re stuck? Not always.

One seller signed for $35,000 and assumed he had no options left. But when we reviewed the contract, the deadline had already passed.

If the buyer changed the price, pushed the closing date, requested extensions, or stopped communicating, it may be worth taking another look at what you actually agreed to and where the contract stands.

Don’t sell just because you assume you’re out of options. Get clarity first.
