Hello! I am an out of town investor and have purchased multiple properties in Solvay, Baldwinsville, and Fairmont area of Syracuse. Current contractor is one man show who is backed up so need someone who can go in and do some of the finish work (Moldings, trim, minor sheetrock, etc) and then paint it and put vinyl flooring down. If anyone is interested or has referrals to someone please let me know.
