Think the wholesaler holding your contract is actually buying your house? Usually, they’re not. In many cases, they’re trying to assign that contract to another buyer and make money in the middle.
So when the price keeps dropping, the closing date keeps moving, or they keep asking for more time, that often means they haven’t found a real buyer yet.
A signed contract does not always mean you’re stuck. If deadlines were missed, dates were pushed, or terms changed, you may have more options than you think.
Before you assume you have no move left, get clear on where your contract actually stands.
