I split my time between France and the US and am actively looking to invest in a small property in Boston (studio to 1-bed, 1-bath).

My goal is a dual-purpose strategy:

• Personal Base: A place to stay whenever I’m in Boston.

• Investment: Operating it as a corporate / medium-term rental (30+ day stays) while I’m in France.

I am open to turnkey options as well as project properties / fixer-uppers that need renovation.
