I’m looking to connect with potential partners interested in acquiring short-term rental properties, starting in Lawton and surrounding southwest Oklahoma markets.

I bring 15+ years of hospitality experience, including managing multiple Hilton, Marriott and IHG hotels and overseeing multimillion-dollar properties. I also own Report Genius, a short-term rental revenue management company serving approximately 1,000 properties, and Earl Deans Home Services, a local cleaning business serving Lawton and Duncan.

My experience covers revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, listing optimization and hospitality operations. With a local cleaning team already in place, I can bring both revenue expertise and operational support to the partnership.

I’m exploring an arrangement where a partner contributes the down payment while I pursue financing and lead property selection, setup and ongoing operations. Additional startup costs, ownership percentages and responsibilities would be discussed and agreed upon for each property.

I want to start with one carefully evaluated property, with a complete acquisition budget, conservative revenue projections, operating reserves and a fallback rental strategy. The goal is to establish a successful first property before expanding.
