I am under contract to buy two lots in a resort community called Holly Forest, just outside of Cashiers in an area called Sapphire, in Jackson County, North Carolina. They are both just under 1 acre, and the community provides underground utilities, except for septic. Both lots are completely undeveloped. In my opinion, these lots would be ideally suited for building a home for STR.

This would be an assignment of contract deal.
