Hard Money Loan needed in Utah
I have a friend who owns a 12-plex lot outright and has $300k to put into the construction project but is looking for a Hard Money loan of around $600k for 4-6 mo's to complete project. Units are papered individually and sell for $140-150k and lender will have 1st position and will be paid out on the first sells. Any help is appreciated?
