Just a quick tip -- If you want to attract investors here on BP, you'll be better served if you give some background on your business, your experience, your successes (and failures), what a typical deal looks like for you, what type/amount/term of financing you're looking for, etc.

There are lots of investors here looking for people to lend to, partner with, etc., but without any information to go on, they likely won't respond to your post.

Also, I may not be the only one who doesn't know what "AOC" stands for...can you clarify?
