hello im looking for buy lease property in upstate NY. dutchess county area preferably fishkill beacon area for a couple wanting to stay in the area. so please any one with property in the area that is willing to execute a buy lease option on the property contact me. they can afford 1200 a month and all utilities and can put a down payment down now if need be but wont move until January when there current lease is up.
