View the Trust Deeds tab to see available Trust Deeds

Investing in trust deeds has been my absolute favorite money maker for years and years. While many people are buying properties, I greatly prefer holding the high-paying, low risk mortgages created for investors on those properties. I receive auto-deposits constantly on the performing trust deeds I hold, and never have to worry about a water heater blowing up or a furnace being stolen because I am acting as the bank, not the landlord! - Darren Eady
