Hey guys,
Do you own or know of a multi family property in Nevada or Florida that's currently under-performing?
Need to get rid of the headaches and move on with your life?
I'm currently looking for Multi Family properties in Nevada and Florida. My team's ready to roll and take the stress off your hands. We are seeking properties that have between 20-30% vacancy, higher then average (45%+) expense ratio, and/or room for upside in rents.
Not looking for anything that needs major renovation. No class A properties. We can move quickly.
