Basic Guidelines:
We lend on commercial property a few Examples: 5 or more residential rental property (can do 1 to 4 under certain conditions), Apartment Buildings, Mixed Use,
Retail Centers, Office complexes or any combination.
Our loan sizes start at $250,000 and range up to $5 – 6 million (will go higher for the right deal)
We start with 1 year Interest only payments (optional terms to extend for additional year available )
LTV's up to 65%.
The typical turn time from start to finish 3 to 4 weeks.
