hello everybody. I have my a deal under contract in Binghamton ny. the purchase price is $50k and rehab for $40k with an ARV of $130k. are closing date is December 8, 2015. I already have my deposit of 20% of the purchase price in escrow. just need a private/hard lender to help me close on my first deal. thank you for your help.
