This is a great deal! But house is scheduled to go to auction TOMORROW!! Attorney needs a copy of a check for $48K today to stop auction. The comps in the area are $95.64 sf so that would make the market value around $293,519. Total sale price $145K plus the $48K back taxes paid today for a total of $193,000. The property is in good condition and needs less than $20k in rehab. If anyone is interested please contact me asap.
