Here's what I've got left.

These are not for the faint of heart, each property has been vacant for over a year if not longer.  These can sell to investors only on land contract/seller financing.  Perfect for an investor looking to get started that has rehab/repair knowledge. Drive the properties, walk the properties, before offering or negotiating please.
