Recently put 19k worth of work in this home. New basement windows, New paint, New light fixtures, New door knobs, Sanded and painted floors, Sanded and painted cabinets and hardware, New electric, New plumbing, Newer furnace, Newer Water heater, New gas lines and meter, roof is 6 years old......
Valued at 48k on auditor site (which is normally lower than actual value)
