My name is Todd Burton. I am a co-owner of Solaris Property Group LLC. I am also the Managing Broker for Indianapolis Property Management & IPM Real Estate Inc.

Solaris Property Group LLC is a construction company that holds a General Contractor license in Indiana. We have been performing construction, rehabs and maintenance for our own properties and our brokerage management clients for 17 years.

We have recently expanded our management and crews and are now offering our services to persons or companies in need. For any project we quote we will a provide a full, itemized, written quote produced via Xactimate (www.xactware.com). Xactimate is the gold standard for insurance adjusters. We charge $299 for the initial project consultation and the written scope of work report. This is your report to do with as you will. If you hire us to complete your project we will credit you this cost against the project final cost.

Having the construction company and the licensed real estate brokerage, we can handle all aspects of your real estate needs including evaluation, acquisition, rehabilitation, maintenance, management, sales and of course, traditional residential buyer and seller transactions.
