Hello,

I have recently become a licensed Realtor in Northeastern Vermont, Caledonia, Essex and Orange Counties. I have been an active investor in both the flipping and buy and hold markets for years now and decided to make the leap into helping others fulfill their real estate goals.  I would like to offer my services in this region to any BP members thinking of investing in or selling properties already held here.

This area has much to offer with local colleges, ski areas, the world famous Kingdom Trails for mountain biking and much more. Please reach out to me with any inquiries and I am happy to answer all questions about the local market and its nuances.

Thank you,

Nate.
