Looking for an apartment building at least four units. My buyer is looking to spend up to $3.5M for the right property. Looking for class A or B, maybe C. Turn key. Looking for Arlington, Cambridge, Watertown, Belmont, Waltham. Boston: North End, Beacon Hill, etc.
