This property has two wells and two septics. The original well was dug too shallow and no longer provides water, the second well is in good working order. Both septics work to Sellers knowledge but one septic has not been pumped for several years and is unsure if it needs pumping but has caused no problems at this point in time. There is also a power pole, water and septic hookups on the northwest corner of the lot where a trailer was previously sitting.
