Disney Streets flip! This house sits on large corner lot of Candlelight and Peter Pan. Beautiful lot. Great area. House is in great shape, just needs cosmetic updates: open kitchen up, update bathrooms update flooring, paint, light fixtures etc. Estimated rehab budget in packet. No signs of foundation. Low days on market for resale on updated comps. Great project to get your 2018 started in a positive way!
