Onsite Manager (Part time)

We are a Property Management company in Portland Oregon.  We have a client that is developing aparmtments here and a new one is set to come online at the end of August or September.  We are starting to look for an onsite manager.  This position is a part time position.  Compensation would be rent for a unit.  There will be approximately 40 units, a few 2bd but mostly 1bd and studios.  This is a great entry level position that someone could learn from the pros on how to manage property and still have the free time to pursue other real estate activities.
