Looking for value add multi units in Fayetteville NC

We are currently looking for anyone or anyone that may know someone that is looking to part ways with their multi family units. We are of course looking for a value add property. We are looking to buy cash if possible. Thank you in advance for any leads to making this happen. 

Also we are always on the hunt for properties to flip as well, SFR min of 3BD/2BA.
