Looking to hire a full time property manager for a growing full-service real estate development, construction, and property management company in Philadelphia.  Main responsibilities include account/rent roll management, rent collection, coordinating maintenance requests, and leasing apartments.  Focus would be on student housing with potential to take on more properties and/or grow the position for the right candidate.
