Looking for local knowlewdge in Dayton Beach, FL

Hello BP, 

I am looking for a knowledgeable agent in the Dayton Beach, FL area.  I am looking for multi-family homes and am an out of state investor in need of some local knowledge.  Preferably someone with experience in investment properties.  I will also be looking for a PM once I secure a property.  Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
