Looking for Tenant Placement/ HCV Section 8 advice

I'm closing on a property in Bay Minette, AL.  I'm looking for tenant placement services.  Any suggestions of property managers? Any experience with qualifying as a landlord for Section 8/ housing voucher programs in this area?  TIA
